OUR SUNDAY

Today was our second night and first Sunday in the new place and so far we LOVE it... It's nice to live in such a spacious and beautiful place for a change... :)
Olivier just can't stop running around and laughing in this place, which is really FUN to watch... :)

As far as organizing goes, I think we're doing pretty good. We still to seem a LOT of stuff to put away (it's still piling in the garage), but at the same time we kind of see the end... :)
Our purple bedroom is DONE (we still have to put a TV stand and maybe small bookcase or some shelves and the painting of some sort, but it has to wait a little till we unpack ALL the boxes and see what we need) and here's a picture... :)


Master bathroom (also in dark purple color) with all the cabinets and closets is organized and ready for a use as well... :)

Reading area by our bedroom is also figured out... The only things that are missing are the books, but it won't take much time as soon as we find the books in the garage... :)

Dining area is DONE except for the center piece, but since we haven't found one that we really LOVE, I'm not worried about it too much! :)


On the second picture you can see our kiwi/lime color plates from the set that we got in Ikea, like pretty much EVERYTHING else for the new house.
The missing parts of the set are white square smaller plates and kiwi/lime bowls. As soon as I take a picture of the set, I'll post it in here, so you can see... :)

So all in all the only rooms that need to be finished are living room, Ollie's bedroom and office/guest room, which is NOT bad at all! :)

Other than that Bry, Ollie and I went to our new ward today and we LOVE it as well... It has a LOT of people our age with kids plus minus Ollie's age and they were all really nice to us, coming to us and introducing themselves... There were also some people that we knew from our old ward and so we felt really welcomed and wanted... So that was SUPER nice! :)

And as I go and finish other rooms in the house I'll take pictures, post them on my blog and tell you all about it, along with some "sightseeing" around the neighborhood stories... :)
