And that's another onesie that was especially made for Ollie,
when he was still a little BEAN in my tummy... :)
(and now I'm trying really hard to get rid of it - my tummy -
and it's not going as good as I was hoping) :(
And besides that my days look pretty much the same...
Bry's at school studying for his finals or
taking them, just as it was today...
I'm staying home with the babe, trying to survive...
And do something fun, like going for a walk and taking Ollie with me, giving him a bath, cooking...
Well, as I think of that now, I'm not maybe as much fun as I used to be...
But it's still good, I guess... :)
Ahhhh - you're learning that the mom is the heart of the home and gets the chance to put the fun into the family! And you're doing a GREAT job of it, whether you think so or not! :) Now YOU'RE the one making life feel good for everyone. It's not always a very glamorous job, but it's the most desperately needed one in the whole world!
ReplyDeleteHang in there! You sound great! I enjoyed reading several posts that I hadn't got to! Is your mom still with you? It's a bit of an adjustment being a mom - but very worthwhile. You just have to redefine normal. Becky is right - if you don't feel happy - no one will! Make sure you pamper yourself a bit. It really helps.
