It's Fergie's Time

Yesterday Bry and I left Olivier at my friend's house for the night and left for Fergie's concert... :) It was my FIRST real live concert that I went to and I LOVED every minute of it!!! :)

Before the concert we went to the CARNIVAL (I wish we could spend more time on the rides)...
...and then RODEO -- my FIRST time as well -- that was actually TONS of fun and I liked it a lot -- not my kind of thing (the whole country vibe that is) -- but would do it again in a heartbeat!!! :)
It was pretty cool to watch afterwards as well, because it took only 20 minutes to set up the stage for Fergie and as the stadion was FULL and the lights were turned off and the concert started... :)
She sang all her huge hits like Fergalicious, Glamorous, Big Girls Don't Cry, etc. including new song Finally as well as some classics Live and Let Die with her arrangements that I really liked and didn't forget to add some of Black Eyed Peas' songs, which I thought was cool... All in all we had AMAZING time and it was even nicer not to worry about Ollie for a little bit...

And speaking of him... As I went to pick him up today, he smiled at me, but didn't come crying as he usually does, and kept playing with the dog, feeling SUPER comfy and happy and my heart dropped for a second as I realized that my little boy is going to need me less and less and is getting SO independent... But then he gave me a HUGE hug and as he rested his head on my shoulder, the pain disappeared... Funny...
