STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE

Cake:
1/2c flour
3/4c sugar
1T baking powder
1/2t salt
1/4c shortening
3/4c milk
1 egg

Topping:
1/2c brown sugar
2t cinnamon
1/2c nuts (chopped)
2T butter (melted)

Preheat oven to 375. Mix together cake ingredients and spread into a greased 8'x8' pan. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of cake.
Bake 25min.

Tomorrow I'll try Chicken Cacciatore recipe and if it's worth keeping I'll put directions how to make it.
